Acknowledge our understanding of guidelines for the event and agree to follow and abide by those guidelines. Guidelines can be found on GrowSouthBrown.com.
Agree to actively promote the event to our supporters throughout the community. (Promotional materials will be provided by SBCCF)
If our organization develops other promotional materials (radio ads, print material, etc.) we agree to submit these materials to SBCCF for approval prior to releasing them to the public.
Agree to timely update SBCCF should a representative change.
I will communicate with donors that checks must be payable to the South Brown County Community Foundation or SBCCF.
