Patterson Fellows
Patterson Fellows is a proposed cohort-based initiative launching in 2026 to support 5–10 high-impact rural entrepreneurs annually over three years. Fellows receive $100,000 per year, tailored training, mentorship, investor introductions, grant support, and access to the Patterson Family Foundation’s consultants and data team. The program is designed to help Fellows scale viable, self-sustaining businesses that drive lasting change in rural communities.
Rainbow Community Grant Program
Rainbow believes in the power of community and that strong, connected places are built through collaboration. The organization is committed to supporting initiatives that create meaningful, lasting impact across rural Northeast Kansas. Through its grant programs, Rainbow invests in innovation, economic growth, and education in the communities it serves.
