South Brown County Health & Wellness Fund

The South Brown County Health and Wellness Center will be located on the beautiful 4.1 acres of the former Horton Hospital.  This is a collaborative effort with the SBCCF, HIDC, Horton, and Amberwell.  We look forward to sharing our vision with the community as the concept unfolds.  Keep checking on this website for updates.  

We will be applying for state and local grants to support this concept.  However, local funds must be raised to support any grant application.  Thank you for supporting the health and well being of our community--now and for generations to come.  

The mission of the South Brown County Health and Wellness center is to promote the health and well being, both physical and mental, for area residents.
